DESCRIPTION
As the Digital Marketing Manager at Tingis Web Morocco, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across various online channels. Your expertise in digital marketing tactics and analytics will be essential in maximizing ROI and optimizing campaign performance.
ROLE OVERVIEW
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email marketing, and Content Marketing. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
AS A DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER YOU’LL
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation, with a focus on ROI and KPIs.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, to maximize reach and engagement.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign performance and market trends, leveraging data insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling content and assets for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Monitor and manage social media channels to enhance brand presence and engagement, including content creation, community management, and influencer partnerships.
- Lead email marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis, to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing, recommending innovative strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the curve.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, track expenses, and report on ROI and KPIs to stakeholders on a regular basis.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, with demonstrable results in driving lead generation and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
- Experience managing digital marketing budgets and optimizing spending for maximum ROI.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
